PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
4 QUART QUANTITY: (Serves 4)
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
3/4 c. water

6-8 QUART QUANTITY: (Serves 8)
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
1 1/4 c. water

1. Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper. Form into balls.

2. Mix soup and water in cooker.

3. Drop meatballs in cooker. Cover, set control at 10 and cook 10 minutes after control jiggles. Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes, then place under faucet.
