CHEESEBURGER ROLL 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable shortening
3/4 c. milk

Knead gently on a floured board for 20 seconds. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Spread with filling, roll up and seal edges.

Filling: Brown 1 pound lean ground beef. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Remove from heat. Add 2/3 cup grated cheese, 1/4 cup ketchup and 1 tablespoon chopped onion. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
