APPLE COBBLER 
8 c. peeled, sliced apples (about 3 lb.)
3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover bottom of a non-stick square pan with uncooked oatmeal. Mix together sliced apples, juice, raisins, spices and honey. Cover oatmeal with mixture; cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.

Remove foil and sprinkle cobbler with Grape-Nuts. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Makes 8 servings.
