FOUR BEAN CASSEROLE | |
6 slices bacon, cut up 3 med. onions, chopped 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 (28 oz.) cans baked beans 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans, drained 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained 1 (15 oz.) dark red kidney beans, drained In large pan, combine beans, bacon, and onion. Combine salt, vinegar, brown sugar and add to beans. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10-12. Browned ground beef is good in this too. |
