FOUR BEAN CASSEROLE | |
3/4 lb. bacon, diced & fried 4 lg. onions, chopped and fried 1/3 c. vinegar 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 can kidney beans 1 can pork & beans 1 can butter beans Cook together bacon, onion, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add all beans. Bake in a large casserole dish for 2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 10 to 12. |
