ITALIAN GARDEN SALAD 
2 1/3 c. P & R DiTali, uncooked
1 tsp. garlic
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. crushed oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. bottled Italian dressing

Cook DiTali according to package directions; drain well. Cool (rinse with cold water to cool quickly); drain well. Combine cooled DiTali, garlic, tomatoes, green pepper, seasonings, grated cheese, and salad dressing; toss lightly. Chill. Best to sit overnight. I use #23 or 24 P & R DiTali.
