GARDEN BEEF KABOBS 
2 to 3 lbs. sirloin or round steak
1 c. Italian salad dressing
2 med. zucchinis
2 green peppers
1 lb. mushrooms
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
1 bunch green onion
1 whole lemon
Bamboo skewers

Cut steak into bite sized cubes and marinate overnight with Italian dressing. Slice zucchinis into 1 inch slices. Cut green onions into 1 inch chunks and green pepper into 1 inch squares. Prepare mushrooms and tomatoes. Cut lemon into small chunks (gives a great flavor when cooked next to meat or vegetables.) Thread onto bamboo skewer alternating meat and vegetables. Cook over hot coals, or broil in oven until desired doneness.
