1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt

Cook spinach and drain. Cube cheese in 1/2 inch pieces. Melt butter and combine all. Bake at 350 degrees on a greased pizza pan until cheese melts and browns, 20-25 minutes. Cut in small squares. (I like to use a greased 9x13 inch pan.)
