2 c. crushed pretzels
1 1/2 sticks butter (melted)

Mix above together. Spread in baking dish and bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 can peaches
1 pkg. peach Jello

Place filling in the baked pretzel dish. Top with Cool Whip. Tasty delight.
