E.Z. CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, minced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
12 lg. cabbage leaves
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
Sauerkraut

Blanch cabbage until peelable, or microwave on HIGH 7-10 minutes in plastic wrap with several holes poked in wrap. Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion and 1 cup tomato sauce and place portion of meat in cabbage leaf. Roll up, folding ends over. Place seam side down in electric skillet that you have already put sauerkraut in.

Mix remaining tomato sauce with brown sugar and lemon juice. Pour over cabbage rolls and simmer covered 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Baste often. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
