POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 cans creamy chicken and mushroom soup
1 lg. onion, diced
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. sour cream
32 oz. bag frozen hash browns

Mix above ingredients and put in 9x13 pan. Top with 6 ounce Cheddar cheese. Mix 1 box or 1/2 bag of bread stuffing mix (crush stuffing mix with rolling pin) and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
