COMPANY COMING MASHED POTATOES 
8 to 9 large red potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. melted butter
dash of paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Peel and boil potatoes until fork-tender; drain. Place potatoes in large bowl. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Place mashed potatoes in a buttered baking dish.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
