POTATO SUPREME 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions

Defrost potatoes. Combine all ingredients and mix in potatoes. Pour into greased 3 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

2 c. cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Saute crushed cornflakes in melted butter; spread over top of casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 16.
