POTLUCK VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cook 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1 (17 oz.) can creamed style corn 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. crushed potato chips Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain whole kernel corn, cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms. Combine corn, cheese and soup. Fold in vegetables and place in 9 x 13 inch dish. Melt butter and mix with potato chip crushed and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes. |
