CHICKEN "N" BISCUITS 
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) chicken gravy
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/4 c. drained, chopped, canned tomatoes

Biscuits, toast or mashed potatoes

In saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add gravy, chicken, and tomatoes. Heat; stir. Serve on biscuits.
