2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. raspberry jam, lightly beaten 1 c. nuts Melt chocolate, cream butter and sugar; add eggs and blend well. Gradually stir in chocolate, add flour and stir to mix. Stir in nuts, put batter in 9 inch buttered pan. Drop teaspoon of jam at random then swirl the jam with fork to incorporate it in batter. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted comes out almost clean. |
