1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 can undrained mandarin oranges

Combine ingredients and beat 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees in greased 9 x 13 pan for 35-40 minutes. Frost with the following: 1 box instant vanilla pudding 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix and spread on top of cool cake. KEEP REFRIGERATED.
