SPINACH BERRY SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh spinach
1 Bermuda onion, sliced
1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. pecans

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Wash and drain spinach, remove stems, tear into small pieces. In large bowl, layer 1/3 of spinach, onion and berries. Drizzle with 1/3 of dressing. Repeat for next two layers. Top with pretty berries and sprinkle pecans over.

Dressing: combine ingredients. Stir until smooth. Assemble salad just before servings.
