1 lb. spinach, torn & washed
1 pt. sliced strawberries
3/4 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. butter
Dressing (recipe follows)

Saute almonds in butter. Mix spinach, strawberries, almonds. Pour dressing over and serve.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Mix all in glass jar and refrigerate. Extra special salad. Sounds strange but very good.
