HONOLULA CHICKEN 
1 broiler (cut up)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar peach preserves
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. flour
1 green pepper
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts

Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in small amount of oil. Combine preserves, BBQ sauce, onion and soy sauce and pour over chicken. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add green pepper and water chestnuts last 10 minutes of cooking.
