HAM ROLLS 
3 lbs. ground ham
2 c. cracker crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. red wine
1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix ham, crumbs, eggs, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into rolls about 4 x 2. Place in a single layer in one or two shallow casserole and cover with sauce made by mixing the sugar, vinegar, wine, and mustard. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

Turn oven down to 350 degrees and continue to bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Turn rolls occasionally. Serves 12.
