HAM AND EGG BRUNCH | |
1 lb. pork sausage, bacon or ham (cubed) 6 eggs 1 c. cheddar cheese 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 12 slices bread, cubed Brown sausage, bacon or ham; drain off all fat. Slightly beat the eggs. Add the grated cheddar cheese, milk, salt, dry mustard and bread. Put mixture in greased 9"x13" pan. Chill in refrigerator at least 3 hours. You can leave overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares. |
