SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 stick butter
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients thoroughly together. Pour in greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
