SQUASH AND ONION CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cooked squash, drained 1 c. chopped onions 3/4 stick butter 2 eggs 1 c. evaporated milk 2 c. cracker crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. grated cheese Saute onions in butter until clear. Put all ingredients in casserole, saving some of the cracker crumbs for topping. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. |
