CHICKEN DUMPLINGS 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. honey or syrup
2 c. flour tortillas cut in approx 1 x 1 1/2 inch size
1 c. sweet milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken with chopped onion, honey or syrup. Bone chicken when it is tender, add salt an pepper to taste, then add sweet milk and cream o chicken soup and bring to a rolling boil. Drop flour tortillas, cut in pieces, into boiling broth, stir after each addition of approximately 6 or 8 pieces. Cook until dumplings are tender.
