CHICKEN CURRY SALAD 
6-8 chicken breasts, cooked & cut into chunks
1 c. chopped celery
3 bananas
White seedless grapes
Pitted cherries (as desired)
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained slightly
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

DRESSING:

2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Equal portions of Miracle Whip
& real mayonnaise (start with 1/4 c. each)

Mix all ingredients together. You may use more salad dressing and mayonnaise but always keep the proportions equal of each type of dressing. Note: Except for bananas, may be made 24 hours ahead.
