MOM'S POTATO SALAD | |
8 med. potatoes 1/4 sm. onion, chopped 3 stalks celery 5 boiled eggs 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. onion salt Boil potatoes, covered 20 to 25 minutes, let set in refrigerator until cold then peel. Boil eggs, chop celery and onions. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, celery, salt and onion salt. Cover and leave in refrigerator until potatoes, onions, celery and eggs are chopped and mixed together, then add mayonnaise mixture. Mix well and refrigerate. Best made a few hours before serving or day before. |
