ORANGE CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 can crushed pineapple
1 carrot, shredded

Drain pineapple and keep juice. Add enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Bring to a boil. Pour into Jello and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth and cool until slightly set. When set, fold in whipped cream, pineapple and carrots. Pour in serving dish and chill.
