FREEZER SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 gallon tomatoes (after peeled and cored)
2 lg. peppers
2 lg. onions
2 1/2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. flaked parsley
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. salt

Grind onions and peppers together. Cook all ingredients together for about 45 to 60 minutes on low heat. Cool completely before freezing in containers.

When ready to serve sauce add 1 can of tomato paste and 1 envelope of spaghetti sauce. Mix to brown hamburger.
