STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 lg. fresh mushrooms
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained, flaked & cartilage removed
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
1 tsp. lemon juice

Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Chop the mushroom stems. In a microwave bowl cook cream cheese, uncovered, on 30% powder for 1 1/2 minutes or until softened.

Stir together cream cheese, mushroom stems, crab meat, green pepper and lemon juice; mix well. Fill each mushroom. Top with pecans. Cook on microwave dish for 4 minutes on high power.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
