CORN PUDDING 
2 c. corn, frozen or shoe peg
4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk

Blend flour, sugar and salt together. In separate bowl, beat eggs thoroughly. Add milk to eggs. Add this mixture to corn. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees. Stir every 10 minutes for the first 30 minutes, then continue baking 30 minutes more.
