ORANGE RAISIN BREAD 
3 c. flour (enriched, all-purpose)
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. frozen orange juice
2 tbsp. salad oil or melted shortening
1/2 c. finely chopped raisins

Chop raisins and measure and sift flour, add baking powder, sugar and salt. Beat egg, add water, orange juice and salad oil. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; add raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, let mellow overnight.
