ICE BOX BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. low fat buttermilk
3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. wheat flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Mix cereal and dry ingredients, add oil, eggs and buttermilk. Stir well. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks and used as wanted.

Never stir after being refrigerated. Bake in greased muffin tins for 18 to 20 minutes in 400 degree oven. Store in tight container.
