4 BEAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bacon, cut in 1" pieces 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 c. vinegar 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. dry mustard 20 oz. can pork & beans 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained 16 oz. can lima beans, drained 16 oz. can green beans, drained Brown bacon and onion. Drain off 2/3 of the grease. Add vinegar, sugar and mustard to bacon and onion. Simmer 20 minutes. Mix the above mixture with all of the beans. Put in a baking dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
