ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. zucchini (shredded or grated)
1/2 c. butter at room temperature
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Beat well. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cocoa, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well. Add zucchini near end. Put in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Sift powdered sugar on top after cooled.
