INDIVIDUAL PECAN PIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2/3 c. chopped nuts

CHEESE PASTRY: Let cream cheese and butter soften and then blend. Stir in flour. Chill 1 hour. Shape in 2" balls and place in ungreased mini muffin pans. Spread over bottom and sides.

FILLING: Mix egg, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Place 1/2 nuts in pastry, then add egg mixture, then add rest of pecans on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
