INDIVIDUAL SHOOFLY PIES 
DOUGH:

2 c. flour
6 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, dark
2 tbsp. melted butter

CRUMBS:

1/4 lb. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Make 60 balls of dough size of a walnut. Put in mini pans. Make into cups. Beat filling and make crumbs with pastry blender. Fill cups 1/4 full. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of Crumbs to each pie.

Bake 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
