ZIPPY MEXICAN HASH CASSEROLE 
1 bag Doritos, crushed
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce, hot or mild
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

In large skillet, cook ham, tomatoes, and picante sauce (about 20 minutes on medium heat). In casserole dish put layer of crushed Doritos layer mixture, layer cheese, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese melts through.
