CHINESE HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. oil
2 med. chopped onions
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
pepper
1 can chow mein noodles

Cook meat in oil in large skillet, stirring until crumbly and meat loses its red coloring. Add onions, celery, soups, rice, water, soy sauce and pepper to taste. Stir well and turn all into a large pot. Cover and cook over very low heat until rice is tender or about 30 minutes. Serve over the noodles.
