MEXICAN HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped to 1/2 c.
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped to 2 c.
1/4 c. raisins
1 med. green pepper, 2 c. chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sliced pimento, stuffed olives
3 c. hot cooked rice

Cook and stir ground beef, onion and garlic inch skillet until beef is lightly brown; drain. Add tomatoes, green pepper, raisins, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Cook and stir in almonds over medium heat until done.
