CHICKEN ALMONDINE 
8 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 sticks butter, melted
1 roll Ritz crackers

Cut up chicken and spread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix sour cream and soup together - spread over chicken - crush crackers. Before baking spread nuts on top if desired (pecans or walnuts). Spread crackers over chicken, then add melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
