SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 #2 can sauerkraut
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
Sweetener equal to 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. seed (optional)
1-2 stalks celery, chopped

Combine kraut, pepper, celery and pimentos.

Combine vinegar, sweetener, celery and salt; mix with kraut mixture. Let stand 24 hours before serving for best results.
