SAVORY SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (#2) can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. chopped onion
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. white vinegar

Heat vinegar and sugar to boiling. Pour over remaining ingredients. Let set overnight or several days in the refrigerator.
