MA'S SAUERKRAUT SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained well 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. green pepper, chopped 2 carrots, grated 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 c. vinegar 1/4 c. oil 1 c. sugar Combine vinegar, oil and sugar in saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, then pour over vegetables and let marinate in refrigerator 24 hours. |
