SUMMER SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. red or green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving time.
