TEXAS TATERS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix everything together. Place mixture into casserole dish. In separate bowl mix corn flake crumbs with the melted butter; sprinkle mixture over casserole evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
