COUNTRY BISCUITS 
4 level tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
1 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Add 1 cup milk and more flour if needed to make a stiff flour. Pat on floured board. Cut out biscuits and bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
