POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (24 oz.) bag frozen hash browns or patties may be used
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
