CHOCOLATE SWIRL CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Beat butter until creamy and fluffy. Add sugar; beat at medium speed about 6 minutes or until fluffy and sugar is dissolved. Add eggs, one at a time, beating one minute after each egg. Add dry ingredients with milk and vanilla. Set aside 2 cups of batter; turn remaining into pan. Add chocolate-flavored syrup to reserved batter with chocolate batter. Pour into tube pan and swirl batter. Bake at 350 degrees. 60 to 65 minutes.
