CREOLE STYLE GREEN BEANS 
6 slices diced bacon
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
16 oz. cut green beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
16 oz. peeled tomatoes

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan. Add onion and green pepper to 3 tablespoons bacon drippings. Cook until tender. Blend in flour, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard. Add tomatoes, cook, stirring until thick - add beans, heat with bacon. Serves 6-8.
